Our Hydroform Press employs single-sided die forming or embossing to produce complex, non-linear bends in sheet metal. The 12-2500 model offers a 12" forming box diameter and generates 285,000 pounds of forming force, ideal for repeatable production of diverse parts in low to medium volume environments.
The advantage of hydroforming (elastomeric forming) lies in its single-sided die design, which supports a broad selection of tooling materials, including aluminum, steel, various plastics (including 3D-printed), epoxy, and wood. This facilitates the quick and cost-effective fabrication of custom tooling using basic equipment.

An Allen-Bradley CNC controller enables the operator to adjust the maximum forming pressure from 500 - 2500psi to accommodate a variety of tooling and part materials. These parameters can be saved for up to 200 part numbers enabling consistent results on repeat production parts.
