36-40T Press Brake
A Press Brake forms sheet metal in straight lines bends and bump rolls. We have created our press around a highly intelligent CNC control that calculates the setback, bend gain, and die height for the operator based on 10 differeent material types and thickness. It can store up to 50 dies, 50 punches and 200 different part programs with 24 bends per part. The controller also keeps track of your part count created and allows for an other operator to break-in for quick part creation without losing the production operators job information.
Our goal was to take out the need for years of experience to profitably run a press brake.
CNC Controls
Designed and built around the Cybelec CybTouch 8P controller, our machine will do all of the complex setup calculations and adjustment required for multi-bend sheet metal components for you. This enables new operators to become proficient and profitable years faster than was previously possible.
Safety Cage & Door
The safety of employees is the first concern of every quality employer. There for we added a safety screens and laser curtains to help seperate the operator from most pinch points in the equipment.
