9CF Drop Bottom Furnace
Consistent on-site heat treatment has been what separated high end sheet metal shops from their smaller counter parts. We are striving to break down that barrier and allow smaller companies to help fill the need for high end, complex sheet metal forming without having to add on to their building's structure. Our 9CF drop bottom heat treat oven is large enough to support both our 36-40T Press Brake and 12-2500 Hydroform press while still being able to be delivered through a standard height garage door.
CNC Controls
An Allen-Bradley CNC controller enables the operator to start the cycyle and let the controls handle all of the movements and temperature controls required to heat treat consistently good parts with minimal oversite.
Safety
The safety of employees is the first concern of every quality employer. There for we added safety screens to separate hands from any pinch points to help prevent the operator from being able to encounter this hazard that is present. We also incorporated a safety door that disables basket movement unless fully closed.
Simplified Maintenance
Makers Equipment did our best to ensure that as many wear parts on our equipment used commonly available off the shelf items, there by simplifying maintenance and reducing downtown when a breakdown happens. All non-Off the Shelf items are guaranteed to be in stock and ready for next business day shipping in order to have you equipment ready to work when you are.
