A Press Brake forms sheet metal in straight lines bends and bump rolls. Often times the industry standard is a 5' + brake that is overkill for 90% of the word done on the machine. That is why we have created our 3' press brake with 60 tons of forming pressure, capable of bending up to half inch steel but agile enough to bit any shop and quickly produce the normal pasts seen in industry.

Our press includes highly intelligent CNC control that calculates the setback, benign, and die height for the operator based on 10 different material types and thickness. It can store up to 50 dies, 50 punches and 200 different part programs with 24 bends per part. The controller also keeps track of your part count created and allows for another operator to break-in for quick part creating without losing the production operators job information.
